Overview

To be eligible for an exchange, the tank delivered to you must be found to be defective. All tanks are tested prior to refill and delivery to insure you receive a clean, precision filled, working tank. Should it be determined your tank is defective, we will exchange it as quickly as possible.

Before calling or emailing a request for an exchange, due to a defective tank, please refer to the frequently asked questions page and review these two questions:

Q: My grill starts, but the flame is really low and it wont heat up, what is wrong with it?

Q: I open the valve on my tank when it is off the grill, yet no propane will come out, why?

Refunds

Refunds are limited to within 7 days of order placement. If you have selected the wrong item & need to cancel your order prior to delivery, please call us at 260-645-1721 or email [email protected].

Refunds will not be given on delivered tanks
